A natural approach to injectables

Swan Beauty Rewards Program
We are excited to announce the Swan Beauty Rewards membership program. This is a new program available to all Dysport customers (new and old). Here’s how it works:
We bill you a flat rate monthly, and the money is put toward your Dysport treatments, but at a discount. So not only do you save money, but you spread your payments out and pay less at the time of your service.
We have two different tiers based on your needs - the Venus Plan and the Aphrodite Plan. Here’s an overview:
Level 1 - Venus Plan
Who’s it for?
- You get Dysport on a regular basis roughly every three months to keep ahead of any line development and prevent new wrinkles from forming
- You usually get at least 50 units of Dysport at each treatment (50 units is the standard amount used to relax frown lines in between the eyebrows OR the horizontal lines across the forehead)
- You are looking for the most savings and a way to keep yourself on schedule with your Dysport treatments!
- You prefer to spread out your payments monthly rather than paying a lump sum for each treatment
How does it work?
- $100 per month*, auto-billed
- Monthly payments are applied to one Dysport treatment every 3 months
- You get $350 worth of Dysport (50 units, enough for one treatment area) for the $300 that you’ve already paid
- Any additional Dysport is offered at a discounted rate ($6/unit rather than $7/unit)
- You are eligible for the Aspire Rewards program which provides you with coupons for additional discounts
- Example: You come to the office for 70 total units of Dysport (50 units for your frown lines and the additional 20 to soften the lines across your forehead). You have already paid for 50 units through the Rewards Program. The additional 20 units are billed at the discounted rate of $6/unit, which is $120. You have a $20 coupon from the Aspire Rewards program. Today’s total cost out of your pocket is just $100!
- Cost WITHOUT Rewards Program would have been $490
- Your cost WITH Rewards Program was $400
- You saved $90
Level 2 - Aphrodite Plan
Who’s it for?
- You get Dysport a couple of times per year, but not on a predictable schedule
- You are new to Dysport or injectables and want to see if you like it before you commit to the Venus Plan
- You get less than 50 units of Dysport per treatment
- You prefer to spread out your payments monthly rather than paying a lump sum for each treatment
How does it work?
- $50 per month*, auto-billed
- Monthly payments are applied to Dysport treatments at the discounted rate of $6/unit
- Additional units are also billed at the discounted rate of $6/unit
- You are eligible for the Aspire Rewards program which provides you with coupons for additional discounts
- Example: You come to the office for 40 units of Dysport. You have been paying the $50 for four months, you have 200/6 = 33 units of Dysport available. The remaining 7 units are billed at the discounted rate of $6/unit, which is $42. You have a $20 coupon from the Aspire Rewards program. Today’s total cost out of your pocket is just $22!
- Cost WITHOUT Rewards Program would have been $280
- Your cost WITH Rewards Program was $220
- You saved $60

How Do I Sign Up?
- Send an email to beauty@swanintegrative.com and let us know you’re IN! Specify which program you are interested in (Venus vs Aphrodite) and when you’d like to start - we’ll assume you’d like to start immediately if you don’t specify.
- Next, we’ll send you a link to register for our electronic medical record, MDHQ/Cerbo, which is the secure platform that we will bill you through.
- Once you are registered, click on PATIENT FORMS and complete the forms under SWAN BEAUTY FORMS
- Enter the credit card information for the card that you’d like billed.
- If you haven’t already registered for the Aspire Rewards program (which is sponsored by the company that makes Dysport and is separate from the Swan Beauty Rewards Program), go to the app store on your phone and download the Aspire Rewards app. You’ll get a $20 coupon just for registering and you’ll qualify for additional discounts with each treatment.
