Supplement Spotlight: Magnesium
Most of the professional supplement brands on Fullscript have a portfolio of magnesium products to choose from, making it easy to find a good fit for your needs. One of my faves is Magnesium Chelate Powder from Designs for Health. This is a powdered form of magnesium glycinate that is great for everyday use and easy on the belly. The powder form makes it easy to adjust your dose up or down as needed, and the taste is reminiscent of orange creamsicles from childhood, I swear!
