For many of us, January is all about giving things up: Maybe you’re going to stop eating meat and try a vegan diet; or you’re ready to kick excess sugar to the curb after a holiday season of too many cookies; or you’re committed to avoiding fast food.

Instead of looking at what to cut out of your diet, focus on adding whole foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, and legumes while also reducing your consumption of processed foods.

Research shows eating a dietary pattern of whole plant-based foods reduces our risk of chronic disease like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, some cancers and dementia.1

To help you get started, we’re offering a 4-Week Real Food Challenge!

The 4-Week Real Food Challenge is packed full of whole, nourishing foods that are easy to prepare. Each recipe contains no more than ten ingredients and features a diverse selection of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and spices. Many recipes are plant-based and all weeks include weekly itemized shopping lists, and a total of over 50 tasty, simple recipes.

The cost for 4-weeks of delicious whole food recipes is $49. HOWEVER, if you book an initial consult with me to address your specific health goals (covered by most health insurances), you will receive 1 free week of the recipes and have the option of purchasing the remaining 3 weeks for only $20!

Two recipes to get you started are Shawarma Spiced Chickpea & Veggie Bowls and Fish Taco Bowls

Make 2024 the year you prioritize your nutrition!  Services are covered by most health insurance plans.
